• You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before professional or commercial use.
• You agree not to use the tools to generate illegal content or content that violates acceptable use policies.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are offered under secure subscription models:

• Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled in advance.
• Cancellations: Users can manage and cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard.
• Refunds: Due to the associated immediate computing costs of AI generation, refunds are not offered for services already used or periods already billed.

4. Content Ownership

You own the rights to the images and videos generated through Flap Studio AI within an active subscription. Flap Studio AI does not claim ownership over your creative work and respects your right to use the generations commercially.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flap Studio AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results or uninterrupted availability. The platform will not be liable for losses derived from the use of the generation tools.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect service improvements or legal changes. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new terms.
